Often we are asked....

What is the monthly fee?  The monthly fee will depend on the type of program and the number of days of attendance. We offer a variety of options to suit your lifestyle. See Schedule & Fees for additional details. 

What is the single class fee?  $5 Barre; $10 Pilates/Yoga/Yogilates: $15 Yoga Sweat 

Can I just drop-in for a single class or do I need to register?  Registration is available by using the BOOK option on our Facebook Page or by texting 314-488-8552.

How long are the classes? Barre fusion is 45 minutes; Pilates mat work is 60 minutes; Yoga and Yogilates I 75 minutes and Yoga Sweat is 90 minutes

What is the difference between Pilates and yoga? A: Pilates is a method of exercise that focuses on a duality of strength and flexibility with core stability. Yoga combines postures, poses and breath in a journey of self discovery.

Do I need any special clothing or equipment?  Participants will want to wear comfortable attire for freedom of movement; shoes are not required. The studio provides all necessary equipment for our programs. 

If I miss one or more classes in a month, will I receive a refund or credit? Credit for future use may be considered on an ad-hoc basis, although refunds are not extended. Our policy is to modify the fees when the schedule is interrupted by instructor absence.

Is personal training available to learn Pilates or Yoga?  Yes! Personal training to learn the basics is available with advanced scheduling and prepayment. The cost is $50 per hour or three 45-minute sessions for $100

*This cost and time may be share between 2 persons who attend simultaneously.

Do you accept credit or debit cards? Payment is acceptable by cash, check or Venmo.
