YOGA 
 brings together the elements of balance, strength, flexibility, fluidity, and breath  in a variety of poses/asanas. We practice in an environment free of judgement and expectation. Self-empowerment and awareness of one's own body, mind, and spirit is the intent.   This program is based on the ancient practice of Hatha yoga, combined with modern day principles of fitness.  It's not about DOING; it's about BEING!


 

 HOT YOGA
 A vinyasa (flow) class conducted in a VERY warm environment.  The temperature and movement combine to help us "cleanse" from the inside out. Basic yoga poses and heat tolerance are essential for participation in this once a week class.
 

 
PILATES
 Is a unique blend of EXERCISES that focuses on the strength of the core , or "powerhouse".  This method helps us to develop muscle definition and flexibility while delivering improved posture and balance. It is beneficial for ALL!  This programming infuses miscellaneous small apparatus and resistance tools to fuel your workout to another level.
  






YOGILATES
is an organic blend of Pilates exercises and basic yoga asanas that delivers an energizing workout to set the stage for an excellent weekend.  No two classes are the same! Basic knowledge of Pilates and yoga principles are key to bringing you a successful experience!
